Amin has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. His area of expertise extends to medical, dental, and surgical facilities and have been part of many successful ventures over the years. He has been part of numerous Medical and Dental Support service organizations and has been providing healthcare management and consulting services nationwide. He has developed, structured, and strategized logistics of various start-ups, expansions, acquisitions, partnerships, and business transitions.

Over the years Amin has had the opportunity to work with network of attorneys, doctors, and financial consultants in the related field and profoundly understands the legal structures of entities, partnership agreements, exit strategies, non-competes, transition agreements, acquisitions, lease negotiations. He has been providing advice on know-hows and directs clients in structuring successful practices while minimizing risk.

Amin attended Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science where he obtained his Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and Management. Prior to receiving his higher education, he has worked as a medical office manager, and as a medical assistant. Amin has great understanding of healthcare as he has hands on experience while he made his way up in the industry.
