The Doctor Consultants is a brand operated by A&M Healthcare Coordination, LLC. All services provided by A&M Healthcare Coordination, LLC are strictly advisory in nature. We serve as consultants and advisors only — we do not manage, operate, or control any healthcare practice, medspa, dental office, surgery center, or other business entity on behalf of our clients.

2. No Guarantee of Results

All consulting, strategy, marketing, operational, and advisory services provided by A&M Healthcare Coordination, LLC are offered on a best-efforts basis. No specific outcomes, revenue targets, growth projections, or results of any kind are guaranteed. Past performance or results achieved for other clients do not guarantee similar results for your practice. Individual outcomes will vary based on a wide range of factors outside our control, including but not limited to market conditions, client implementation, staffing, and regulatory environment.

3. No Professional License

Nothing in our services constitutes legal, medical, financial, or accounting advice. You should consult with appropriately licensed professionals — including attorneys, CPAs, and licensed healthcare providers — before making any significant business, legal, or clinical decisions.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for the implementation of any recommendations provided by A&M Healthcare Coordination, LLC. The client retains full decision-making authority over their business and is responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&M Healthcare Coordination, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
